3-day return window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.

How to request a return

Contact SHORE within 3 days of delivery through WhatsApp at 8882671465 or email shobhiit17@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the next steps after reviewing the request.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and applicable payment-provider timelines.
