By using the SHORE website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Product availability and pricing may change without notice before an order is accepted.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. SHORE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational reasons. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000, subject to the shipping policy.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and meet the conditions described in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Intellectual property

SHORE names, logos, designs, images, text, and other website content belong to SHORE or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
